Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role manages day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and the brand’s own ecommerce platforms, including product listing, content updates, pricing, stock accuracy, and promotions. The specialist should have prior understanding and experience to manage marketplace business for a consumer brand.
Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for inventory, catalog and product launches, as well as handling customer queries related to orders, returns, and product information. The role also involves optimizing product pages, ensuring accurate and appealing presentation of Naksh’s collections, and maintaining a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online store operations, product listings, and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra and e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, online marketplaces, and basic digital marketing tools.
- Working knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ability to prioritize tasks, and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
