About the Role
- We’re looking for an E-commerce Operations professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our online business across marketplaces.
- What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including orders, inventory, catalogue and fulfilment.
- Ensure products, pricing, offers and content are accurately updated across channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer experience and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations and delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support product launches, campaigns and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
- Track key e-commerce metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest ways to improve processes and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a D2C/consumer brand.
- Hands-on experience with quick-commerce and/or marketplaces.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of inventory, order management and fulfilment.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
- Someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG or other consumer brands.
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.
- Familiarity with OMS, WMS or logistics platforms
