Job Description:
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to take over the responsibilities which includes Catalog Management, Inventory Management, Customer management for our brand Bombay Greens through digital platforms like Amazon and other e-commerce websites. (www.bombaygreens.com)
Role & Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central, Website and other e-commerce platforms
• Monitor and improve product listings, ensuring accurate content, images, and keywords.
• Handle all aspects of Amazon account health, including performance metrics, customer feedback, and compliance.
• Stock ordering and maintaining stocks of goods and other packaging items.
• Ensure timely packing of goods and prepare sales forecast
• Process Bulk orders and prepare all documents.
• Cataloguing & Listing of products on online panels.
• Checking and updating the product listing.
• Order Download, Manage Returns and tracking the deliveries.
• Should be able to support customers for online order issues, online payment issues, product details etc.
• Coordinating with the packing and logistic team for online order dispatch, delivery timelines, courier booking etc.
Location: Bhayander West, Mumbai - Apply only if you are comfortable with the location
Office Hours: Monday-Saturday - Apply only if you are willing to work 6 days a week

Required Skills
- Fluent in Verbal and written English
- Must know Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of e-commerce
- Good Communication Skills.
- Team handling experience.
- Strong learning ability and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal & Presentation Skills.
Educational Qualification & Experience
• Any Graduate (Graduation in the field of management will be preferred)
- 1-2+ yrs of experience is required
