WE’RE HIRING | E-COMMERCE MANAGER 💎
📍 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
💼 Work Mode: On-site
📅 Working Days: 5 days a week
⏰ Working Hours: 9 hours/day
🕐 Employment: Full-time
💼 What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end operations across Amazon.com, Walmart.com & other international marketplaces
• Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, A+ Content & keyword optimisation
• Plan and execute Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Walmart Connect campaigns
• Track sales, conversion rates, rankings and other key performance metrics
• Develop pricing strategies, competitive benchmarking & promotional plans
• Coordinate inventory to minimise stockouts and overstock
• Drive D2C growth through SEO, email marketing, paid advertising & CRO
• Manage reviews, ratings and customer escalations
• Explore new marketplaces, categories and international expansion opportunities
• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports for leadership
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center
✔️ Strong understanding of marketplace sales, Buy Box, rankings, advertising & conversion levers
✔️ Experience with D2C / Amazon / WooCommerce
✔️ Strong listing optimisation & marketplace SEO skills
✔️ Data-driven approach with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
✔️ Working knowledge of marketplace PPC
✔️ Ability to analyse performance and turn insights into action
⭐ Good to Have
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or lifestyle e-commerce
• International shipping, customs & cross-border e-commerce knowledge
• Experience with Etsy, eBay, Noon, Flipkart or other marketplaces
• Google Ads / Meta Ads experience
• Understanding of Brand Registry & marketplace IP protection
