We are an e-commerce enterprise specializing in the online sale of carpets, cushions, and accessories, we boast a team of over 100 dedicated employees. As we continue to expand our operations and team, we are actively seeking a a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media & Performance to take full ownership of paid growth and revenue delivery across multiple digital channels.
About the Role
This is a full-time, onsite role where you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing, data-driven digital advertising strategies. You will directly impact revenue, manage budgets, and work cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition, app engagement, and sales — all while staying mindful of inventory movement and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Strategy
• Manager execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest.
• Assist in driving revenue targets, optimizing towards key KPIs like CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rate.
• Closely work with supply chain and merchandising teams to forecast demand based on seasonality, inventory trends, and promotional calendars.
Creative & Channel Trends
• Work closely with the Creative team and provide weekly input on creative performance using campaign data, customer response and platform insights.
• Identify which creatives, hooks, messages, offers and formats are driving results, where creative fatigue is building, and what should be tested next.
• Build a structured creative testing plan, document learnings, and scale winning patterns across campaigns and channels.
Inventory-Aware Marketing
• Align campaigns with real-time inventory status and merchandising priorities to avoid stock-outs or missed opportunities.
• Work closely with inventory, merchandising, and supply chain teams for campaign planning and demand forecasting.
Analytics & Reporting
• Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Looker Studio to monitor and interpret campaign performance.
• Build detailed reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions, Looker Studio
• Understand and apply attribution models to optimize performance by channel and stage of the funnel.
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights to refine targeting, creative, and media mix strategies.
• Ensure accurate event tracking and data layering by coordinating with developers/analytics teams to capture inventory, pricing, and product-level data for better targeting and measurement.
Customer Focus & LTV Growth
• Optimize campaigns not just for acquisition, but for quality — focusing on high-retention and high-LTV customer segments.
• Use data and behavior signals to build lookalike and re-engagement strategies that maximize lifetime value.
• Work with CRM, loyalty, and retention teams to close the loop between acquisition and long-term growth.
• Continuously refine targeting and messaging to attract the most valuable users across platforms.
Testing & Optimization
• Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audience segments, placements, and funnel steps.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and product teams to improve landing pages and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with product, CRM, creative, and web development teams to align efforts and improve performance holistically.
• Align performance efforts with showroom/offline sales and contribute to a unified omnichannel strategy.
• Ensure campaign strategies are consistent across digital, app, and physical retail touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid media and performance marketing (eCommerce or agency background preferred).
• Basic audience segmentation, paid marketing metrics, hands on excel experience
• Good to have working with inventory-led campaign merchandising-focused performance.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying and scaling high-performing opportunities.
• Exposure to GCC markets and regional nuances is a strong plus.
