Role Description ✈️ Duty Manager – Flight Catering - Responsible for overseeing daily catering operations, ensuring timely and quality meal delivery to flights. Manages staff scheduling, supervises kitchen and logistics teams, enforces hygiene and safety standards, and coordinates with airlines for smooth service. Acts as the key link between operations and management, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Graduation in Hotel Management / Catering Technology / Business Administration (preferred).
- Experience: 5–7 years in airline catering, hospitality, or food service operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and airline catering standards
- Operational planning and problem-solving ability
- Communication and coordination with airline representatives
- Other Requirements: Flexibility for shift work, ability to handle high-pressure operational environments, and familiarity with compliance standards (HACCP, ISO, airline audits)
