The client is looking at hiring a Draftsman to support their team at Saudi Arabia.
This is a Remote Role.
The Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects.
Drawing and Design:
- Preparing detailed panel integration drawings, shop drawings, and wiring connections.
- Performing calculations for actual material requirements as per the latest approved shop drawings.
- Preparing and sharing work Status Reports.
Problem Solving and Communication:
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the Line Manager for timely resolution.
- Communicating with engineers and incorporating suggestions into drawings, ensuring smooth and outstanding quality panels integrations.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
- Adhering to standard company’s engineering procedures and any agreed customer variations to those procedures.
General Duties:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster positive communication and relationships with team members, management, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure that the work is done within the assigned deadlines.
- Perform any other duties which the department or line manager may require to be carried out.
Functional Requirement:
- More than three (3) years in drafting roles.
- Proven experience in preparing technical drawings using CAD software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of drafting principles and industry standards.
- Experienced in preparing and maintaining documentation.
