Role Description The Document Specialist role at Hike Education is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves preparing, formatting, and organizing various academic and administrative documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and partner university guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing document workflows, maintaining up-to-date records, reviewing and verifying content, and coordinating with internal teams to obtain necessary information or approvals. The Document Specialist will also support legal and policy-related documentation as needed, safeguard data confidentiality, and respond to queries from students and stakeholders regarding documentation requirements. Collaboration, attention to detail, and timely completion of tasks are essential for success in this role.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in document preparation and formatting to create clear, accurate, and professional outputs.
- Candidates should possess skills in document management and record keeping to organize, store, and retrieve information efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in document review and quality control to check for errors, completeness, and compliance with guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in legal document preparation or exposure to policy and regulatory documentation to support institutional and partner requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and address stakeholder queries clearly.
- Relevant experience in documentation, administration, or operations within an educational or corporate environment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems) are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; additional certification in documentation, administration, or education management is an advantage.
