🚨 WE’RE HIRING | CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER (CCO) 🚨
We are looking for an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and compliance transformation for a regulated financial services organization.
🔹 Position: Chief Compliance Officer
🔹 Experience: 8+ Years
🔹 Industry: NBFC / BFSI / Fintech Lending / Housing Finance / Microfinance
🎯 Role Purpose
The CCO will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to RBI and other applicable regulatory requirements, advising senior management and the Board, managing compliance risks, and building a strong culture of accountability and transparency.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with RBI directives and statutory requirements
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance policies
• Establish governance frameworks and identify/mitigate compliance risks
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing compliance team
• Advise Senior Management and the Board on regulatory obligations
• Liaise with regulators and support regulatory/internal/external audits
• Conduct compliance reviews, investigations and ensure corrective actions
• Partner with business teams to embed compliance into processes
• Drive compliance innovation across digital and transformation initiatives
• Monitor compliance controls, exceptions and approval processes
• Ensure adherence to RBI, TRAI, CERSAI, DPDPA and other applicable regulations
🎓 Education
Company Secretary / LLB / Equivalent Professional Qualification
⭐ Preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience in NBFC, Banking, Housing Finance, Microfinance or regulated lending businesses
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance
• Corporate Law / MBA / Risk or Governance certifications will be an added advantage
