We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Sales & Business Development | Warehouse Automation

🔹 What You’ll Do
- Understand end-to-end warehouse & logistics operations
- Conduct customer site visits, process studies and operational assessments
- Analyses SKU profiles, order volumes, throughput, storage capacity, manpower and material flow
- Develop warehouse automation & intralogistics concepts
- Recommend solutions such as Conveyors, Sortation, AS/RS, Shuttle, AMR/AGV, Pick-to-Light & Put-to-Light
- Work on WMS, ERP & AIDC requirements including Barcode, QR and RFID
- Develop capacity plans, CAPEX/OPEX estimates and techno-commercial proposals
- Prepare URS/RFQ/RFP responses and customer presentations
- Engage with customers through technical discussions, solution reviews, negotiations and finalization
- Work closely with Engineering, Projects, IT, Operations and OEM/technology partners
🔹 We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in Warehouse Automation / Intralogistics / Solution Selling / Presales
✅ Strong understanding of warehouse operations & WMS
✅ Exposure to apparel, retail, e-commerce or high-SKU warehouses is preferred
✅ Strong analytical, presentation and customer-facing skills
✅ Ability to convert operational requirements into scalable, commercially viable solutions
