Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Plan and monitor receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and cycle counts.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all materials.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and operations teams.
Identify and reduce stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and wastage.
Manage warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor their performance.
Ensure timely inward and outward movement of materials.
Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
Handle warehouse-related issues and take corrective action when required.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
Requirements:Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
3–6 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Experience in handling warehouse staff and daily operations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
