About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Director – Talent Acquisition to lead and transform our global talent acquisition strategy. This leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise hiring initiatives, building high-performing recruitment teams, optimizing hiring operations, and implementing AI-driven recruitment technologies to attract world-class talent. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders to develop scalable hiring strategies that support organizational growth across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Lead and mentor high-performing recruitment teams while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and long-term talent strategies.
- Drive executive, technical, and high-volume hiring across multiple business functions and global markets.
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for leadership and niche skill roles.
- Optimize recruitment operations by leveraging AI, automation, data analytics, and best-in-class hiring technologies.
- Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring metrics, and workforce analytics to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient hiring solutions.
- Manage recruitment budgets, vendor partnerships, and talent acquisition technology platforms while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including significant leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise talent acquisition functions within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Strong expertise in executive hiring, workforce planning, recruitment operations, employer branding, and talent analytics.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, AI-powered recruitment technologies, recruitment automation, and digital hiring solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead organizational hiring transformation while delivering measurable business outcomes.
