About the Role
As Director, HR People Services for Middle East and APAC, you will lead and scale a newly established People Services team within Nemetschek’s global HR organisation. This role reports to the Global Head of People Services and plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of HR Services delivery across multiple countries, moving from brand-centric support to a truly regionally focused service model.
You will lead a team of approximately 10 HR Professionals, ensure seamless collaboration with local business and HR stakeholders, and drive operational excellence, harmonisation, and service efficiency across all HR processes. This role also partners closely with the other two regional People Service Directors to ensure alignment and consistency across the global People Service organisation.
This is an operational leadership role during a period of transformation and digitalization as well as AI enablement - ideal for a seasoned HR leader with experience in HR operations, team building, and understanding of SuccessFactors as well as supporting change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop a regional People Services team across Middle East and APAC, into a unified, high-performing HR functions.
- Take ownership for day-to-day People Services delivery in the region, ensuring high-quality, compliant and scalable HR operations.
- Drive the harmonisation and standardisation of handbooks, contracts, templates, employee communications and core HR processes across multiple countries.
- Stabilize SuccessFactors after the implementation in the region based on experience.
- Support design of end-to-end HR processes as well as implementing in the responsible region together with your People Service Team, HRBP's and HR Centres of Expertise (CoE's shape and continually refine roles, responsibilities and interfaces with HRBPs and CoEs, rather than simply operating an existing shared-services model)
- Lead the team through ongoing organisational change, providing clarity, stability and transparent communication.
- Build strong relationships with HR, Transformation and AI colleagues as well as local business leaders, acting as a trusted partner for all People Services topics in the region.
- Champion smart use of HR technology and AI in People Services, identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and enhance the employee and manager experience.

Key Skill
- Operational and administrative HR experience across the full employee lifecycle. (hire to retire).
- Proven leadership experience with international HR teams, in matrixed, multi-brand, multi-country environments.
- Good knowledge of employment and social law across the region.
- Experience with HRIS, especially SAP SuccessFactors (stabilization, optimisation, ESS/MSS
- History of supporting change management efforts and supporting people process transformations.
- Proven experience in the digitalisation, automation, and harmonisation of HR processes, combined with IT affinity.
- Excellent communication skills with broad experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent English is required, additional languages an advantage.
