Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 10+ years of comprehensive HR experience in the IT/Software industry. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, talent management, payroll governance, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while partnering with business leaders to build a high-performing and employee-centric organization.
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence, ensuring HR practices align with ToggleNow's business goals and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Advise managers on workforce planning, organizational design, and people-related decisions.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and support business transformation initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, employee lifecycle management, and exit processes.
- Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and employee documentation are consistently maintained.
- Manage HRMS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage the monthly payroll process in coordination with Finance and payroll vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary processing, reimbursements, incentives, bonuses, and final settlements.
- Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and variable pay.
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and Labour Laws.
- Handle payroll audits, employee payroll queries, and statutory reporting.
- Lead the organization's performance management process and annual appraisal cycles.
- Coach managers on goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and development planning.
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Resolve employee grievances and provide guidance on workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Management, and HR Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Management and Organizational Development.
- Sound knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, TDS, and Payroll Compliance.
- Experience working with HRMS and Payroll systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced IT services environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience working in SAP, IT Services, or Software Product organizations.
- Exposure to Agile work environments and modern HR practices.
