We are looking for a Director – Travel & Hospitality (T&H) Capability to lead strategic capability growth, drive industry-leading solutions, and shape the future of travel through AI, innovation, and modernization.
What You'll Do
✈️ Lead Travel & Hospitality capability growth through solution design, modernization, and innovation.
🌍 Drive airline commercial transformation across:
- NDC
- Offer & Order journeys
- Revenue Management
- Revenue Accounting
- Distribution ecosystems
💡 Partner with clients to solve complex business challenges through digital solutions.
📈 Monitor industry trends, identify white spaces, and create next-generation Travel & Hospitality solutions.
🤖 Connect AI and emerging technologies with real-world business opportunities.
🎤 Represent the organization as a thought leader in client engagements and industry forums.
What We're Looking For
✔️ 15+ years of experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry, preferably within airline commercial and retail transformation.
✔️ Strong expertise in:
- Modern Airline Retailing
- NDC
- Offer & Order
- GDS
- Revenue Management
- Booking ecosystems
✔️ Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs involving legacy and next-generation platforms.
✔️ Exposure to hospitality, cruise, or ground transportation is an added advantage.
✔️ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
