Company Description Oral Health Promotion Foundation is a registered not-for-profit Section 8 company established in 2016, dedicated to improving oral public health in India. Role Description The Director – Strategic Partnerships and Resource Mobilisation is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with governmental bodies, NGOs, academic institutions, and private-sector organizations to advance the foundation’s oral health initiatives. The director will lead resource mobilization efforts, including fundraising, grant acquisition, and donor engagement, while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing partnership and fundraising strategies, preparing proposals and concept notes, overseeing reporting and compliance for grants, and coordinating with internal teams to align programs with partner and funder expectations. The role also involves representing the foundation at events and forums, monitoring impact of partnership initiatives, and contributing to long-term organizational planning and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or stakeholder management, preferably within the public health, non-profit, or social impact sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in resource mobilization, including fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, and development of funding proposals.
- Strong skills in strategy development, program planning, and project management, with the ability to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders at senior levels.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and document impact to support accountability and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with government agencies, multilateral organizations, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) teams is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of public health, healthcare systems, or oral health issues in India is an advantage.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Capacity to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and travel for partnership development as required.
