SRJ People Partners is hiring a Sales Manager for a Creative & Marketing Agency in Jaipur. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and closing deals, and can confidently turn conversations with business owners into long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Find and connect with potential clients across Jaipur. • Meet founders and business owners, understand their challenges and pitch agency services. • Own the complete sales process from the first conversation through negotiation and deal closure. • Work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure clients receive what has been promised. • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions. What We're Looking For • 2-5 years of sales experience; agency experience is a plus. • Confident, approachable and skilled at building trust with business owners. • Proactive in creating new business opportunities instead of relying only on incoming leads. • Able to understand brand positioning and clearly communicate its value to clients. • Based in Jaipur and comfortable with field sales and in-person client meetings. • An existing network of business owners in Jaipur is an added advantage.
