Role Description The Digital Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering digital projects such as website builds, CRM implementations, marketing campaigns, and automation workflows. In this full-time remote role, the Digital Project Manager will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects align with client objectives and internal quality standards. Daily responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating project plans, managing sprints, and facilitating communication between designers, developers, marketers, and sales tech specialists. The role includes tracking progress against KPIs, identifying risks, resolving issues, and optimizing processes for smooth execution. The Digital Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement by documenting best practices and supporting the evolution of Alyne’s project management framework.
Qualifications
- Project management skills including planning, scheduling, scope management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience managing digital projects involving web development, CRM implementations, or marketing technology integrations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and basic understanding of web technologies and APIs.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as performance marketing, lead generation funnels, SEO basics, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including interpreting project data, KPIs, and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable information for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in agency, SaaS, or technology-driven environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
