Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Danny Clans Media Limited. The Project Manager will coordinate end-to-end project delivery across advertising and technology initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project scopes, managing schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between internal teams, external partners, and clients. The role involves overseeing expediting activities, monitoring inspection milestones, and aligning logistics management with project requirements. The Project Manager will also identify risks, propose solutions, prepare status reports, and support continuous improvement of project processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to coordinate quality checks, compliance reviews, and acceptance criteria.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to align resources, schedules, and deliverables across locations.
- Experience managing projects in advertising, media, or technology environments is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms, and comfort working in a remote, distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
