Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote luxury residential and commercial properties, including managing social media channels, optimizing online listings, and enhancing brand presence across digital platforms. The specialist will monitor and analyze web and campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies based on insights and market trends. Day-to-day tasks include content creation for digital channels, coordinating with sales and property teams for campaign requirements, managing online advertising, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also requires staying updated on digital marketing best practices and competitor activity in the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience in managing campaigns across major platforms.
- Proficiency in core Digital Marketing practices, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and report on digital performance metrics.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and crafting clear, engaging messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in real estate or working with property-related brands is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Gurugram, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
