Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Mentor who can guide students through their learning journey, conduct interactive sessions, provide practical guidance, develop learning content, and evaluate assignments and projects.
This opportunity is suitable for freshers with strong practical knowledge as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, training, mentoring, or a related field.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to explain concepts clearly, practically, and in a student-friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging live training sessions, doubt-solving sessions, and practical classes on Digital Marketing.
- Explain digital marketing concepts through real-world examples, case studies, and practical implementation.
- Create and update course content, LMS learning materials, assignments, quizzes, and practical projects.
- Guide students in completing hands-on projects and industry-oriented assignments.
- Resolve students' subject-related and technical queries and provide timely guidance.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and capstone projects based on predefined criteria.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to help students improve their work.
- Monitor student progress and assist learners in successfully completing their assigned projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends, tools, platforms, and industry practices.
- Contribute to improving the overall learning experience through relevant examples, activities, and practical resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, training, mentoring, or a related role are also welcome.
- Strong understanding of:
- SEO
- SEM / PPC
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Digital Marketing Analytics
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and major social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of keyword research, campaign performance, website analytics, and digital marketing metrics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, clear, and practical manner.
- Good mentoring, problem-solving, and project evaluation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students develop practical skills.
