Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode involves planning and managing social media campaigns, coordinating content creation, and optimizing online channels for performance. The individual will analyze web and campaign analytics, manage budgets, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with design and development resources, managing digital marketing tools, and identifying opportunities to improve ROI and overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, including campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills for managing and optimizing social platforms.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with experience in nurturing prospects through digital channels.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to interpret data, measure performance, and guide decision-making.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills are required.
- Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or similar role within IT or software services is an advantage.
