Digital Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow our social media presence through regular posting and engagement.
* Design creative posts, reels, and other content for organic marketing.
* Research trends and develop fresh, high-performing content ideas.
* Prepare monthly content calendars and media plans.
* Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
* Shoot and edit reels, videos, and other digital content.
* Capture photos and videos during live workshops, retreats, and events, and create engaging content from them.
* Support the smooth execution and monitoring of online events and webinars.
* Meta ads knowledge will be an added advantage
Desired Skills
* Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
* Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
* Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI etc.) to enhance content creation, design, and productivity.
* Basic video shooting and editing skills (Premiere Pro, or similar).
* Strong creativity with an eye for design, storytelling, and aesthetics.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A genuine passion to make a positive difference and be part of a transformation movement that impacts lives.
Preferred Qualifications
* Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Prior internship, freelance, or personal content creation experience is an added advantage. Strictly only Intern to apply
