# Performance Marketing Intern – BiE Beauty
**Location:** On-site (as applicable)

## About BiE Beauty
BiE Beauty is a fast-growing beauty brand focused on creating innovative, high-quality skincare and beauty products. We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Intern to help scale our digital marketing efforts across Meta and Google platforms.
## Roles & Responsibilities
* Set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)** and **Google Ads**.
* Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
* Research target audiences and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
* Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
* Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.
* Assist in budget allocation and campaign scaling based on performance.
* Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
## Requirements
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of **Meta Ads Manager** and **Google Ads**.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
* Eagerness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Prior experience with digital marketing certifications or personal projects is a plus.
