ABOUT THE COMPANY
Vighnaharta Ventures LLP is a growing automotive and mobility company operating Vighnaharta Rentals, a self-drive car & bike rental business in Mumbai.
We are building a strong digital-first brand and are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our online growth and convert digital marketing into measurable business results.
This is a performance-oriented role. We are not looking for someone whose primary responsibility is simply posting content.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for planning, executing, managing and optimizing our digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
Your core objective will be:
BUILD BRAND → GENERATE QUALIFIED LEADS → CONVERT ENQUIRIES → DRIVE BOOKINGS → GROW REVENUE
You will work closely with the management team and will have significant responsibility for the digital growth of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
01 — PERFORMANCE MARKETING
* Plan and execute Meta advertising campaigns
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
* Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives
* Test different audiences, creatives, offers and messaging
* Monitor CPL, conversion rates and campaign ROI
* Identify winning campaigns and scale them
* Continuously optimize underperforming campaigns
02 — SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
* Manage Vighnaharta Rentals’ social media presence
* Develop monthly content and campaign strategies
* Plan Reels, Stories, posts and promotional campaigns
* Research automotive, travel and rental-market trends
* Identify content opportunities that can generate enquiries
* Coordinate with the team for vehicle photography and video shoots
* Build a consistent and premium digital brand image
03 — LEAD GENERATION & CONVERSION
* Develop strategies to generate qualified rental enquiries
* Optimize the customer journey from Ad → WhatsApp → Enquiry → Booking
* Analyse lead quality and conversion performance
* Identify reasons for lost enquiries
* Recommend improvements to increase booking conversions
* Track marketing activity against actual business outcomes
04 — SEO & LOCAL SEARCH
* Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
* Develop local SEO strategies for Mumbai
* Conduct keyword research
* Improve organic search visibility
* Identify high-intent search opportunities
* Monitor local search performance
* Analyse competitor search presence
05 — MARKET & COMPETITOR INTELLIGENCE
* Regularly monitor competing rental businesses
* Track competitor pricing, offers and promotions
* Analyse competitor advertising and content strategies
* Identify market gaps and opportunities
* Present actionable marketing recommendations to management
06 — ANALYTICS & REPORTING
* Track digital marketing KPIs
* Analyse campaign and channel performance
* Prepare regular performance reports
* Identify trends and areas requiring improvement
* Measure marketing activity against leads, bookings and revenue
* Make data-backed recommendations for future campaigns

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of professional digital marketing experience is mandatory.
Candidates should have practical experience in:
* Meta Ads
* Google Ads
* Instagram Marketing
* Lead Generation
* SEO / Local SEO
* Google Business Profile
* Content Strategy
* Digital Analytics
* Campaign Optimization
Canva and basic video-editing skills will be an advantage.
