Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to join our growing Marketing team.
You will be responsible for building and strengthening Scale100x.Ai's digital presence through engaging content, social media management, trend-driven campaigns, community engagement, and performance analysis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, storytelling, social media marketing, reels, branding, and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content.
- Create and coordinate Reels, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts, and Promotional Creatives.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to execute content campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new content opportunities.
- Execute social media campaigns and support broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand partners for collaborations.
- Track social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Brainstorm innovative, trend-driven content ideas aligned with business objectives.
- Support branding and marketing initiatives across multiple business verticals.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content ideation, creation, and optimization.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
- Students or graduates from Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Excellent written English and creative caption-writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for Reels and short-form videos.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or video editing tools.
- Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, branding, and digital marketing.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong ownership and collaborative mindset.
