We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Corporate Office, Ambala Cantt, Haryana
Lapyramid Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Corporate Office in Ambala Cantt. If you're passionate about digital marketing, social media, and brand growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content, captions, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for marketing materials.
- Optimize website content and support SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Build brand awareness and generate quality leads through digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to promote company events, hiring campaigns, and new business initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
