Job Description
Heritage Garden is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage and improve our online presence, generate enquiries, and support the digital promotion of our banquet, rooms, lawns, and hospitality services.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Meta Ads, SEO, Influencer Outreach, hotel listing platforms, Canva, and AI-based marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads
- Generate quality leads for weddings, banquet bookings, rooms, events, and other services
- Monitor ad performance, CPL, enquiries, and campaign results
- Perform basic SEO for the company website and improve Google search visibility
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
- Handle and regularly update hotel/listing platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, TripAdvisor and other relevant portals
- Coordinate with local influencers, bloggers, photographers and content creators for promotional collaborations
- Identify suitable influencers and manage outreach, follow-ups, and campaign coordination
- Create basic promotional creatives, social media posts, banners, and ad creatives using Canva
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms for content creation, ad copy, ideas, research, and marketing productivity
- Create captions, promotional content, offers, and campaign ideas for social media
- Maintain Facebook and Instagram pages and assist with regular posting
- Track leads generated through different digital marketing channels
- Prepare basic reports on campaign performance, enquiries, and conversions
- Suggest new digital marketing ideas to increase bookings and brand awareness
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO
- Understanding of Google Business Profile
- Knowledge of hotel/travel listing websites will be preferred
- Comfortable with Influencer Marketing & Outreach
- Basic graphic designing skills using Canva
- Comfortable using AI tools for digital marketing
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google and online marketing
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for maintaining reports
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Creative mindset with willingness to test new promotional ideas
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who is hands-on and result-oriented, rather than someone with only theoretical digital marketing knowledge.
Candidates who have previously worked with hotels, resorts, banquet halls, restaurants, travel, weddings, hospitality, or local service businesses will be given preference.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and practical knowledge.
