Role Description The Digital Growth & Content Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur/ Ernakulam. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing digital strategies, creating and managing content for social media, websites, and campaigns, and optimizing online presence through analytics and performance tracking. The Specialist will collaborate with operations and management teams to align digital campaigns with business goals, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending improvements to digital communication and customer outreach.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor campaign performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for crafting clear content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging target audiences.
- Proficiency in digital strategy and digital marketing to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns and brand presence.
- Project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of digital projects.
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and basic SEO principles.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., analytics tools, ad managers, email marketing software).
- Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
