We’re Hiring | Digital Business Lead
Location: Udaipur
Experience: 0–3 years
Employment: Full-time
Build. Think. Engage. Convert. Grow.NBT Labs is looking for a Digital Business Lead to help build and grow our digital business across India. This is not a traditional sales role. And it is not simply a digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands how technology, AI, business strategy and digital channels come together to create real commercial value. You will work closely with the NBT leadership team and engage with founders, CXOs and business leaders across India — understanding their challenges, identifying opportunities and helping turn those conversations into meaningful business engagements.
What will you do?
You will be involved across the complete digital business cycle:
Market → Customer → Problem → Intelligence → Solution → Opportunity → Revenue
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across India
- Build and manage a strong digital business pipeline
- Research target companies, industries and decision-makers
- Engage with founders, CXOs and senior business stakeholders
- Understand business challenges and identify where NBT can create value
- Develop outreach, engagement and GTM initiatives
- Present NBT's capabilities and solutions to prospective clients
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships
- Coordinate with NBT's strategy, AI, technology and delivery teams
- Move opportunities from first conversation to qualification and commercial discussion
- Track pipeline, conversion and business outcomes
- Continuously experiment with new digital channels and business-development approaches
- Bring market intelligence and customer insights back into NBT
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a builder.
Someone who is:
- Curious about business, technology and AI
- Commercially driven and comfortable owning outcomes
- Confident speaking with senior business leaders
- Strong at communication, presentations and relationship building
- Comfortable with research, outreach and business conversations
- Able to understand a business problem before trying to sell a solution
- Strategic enough to see the bigger picture, but hands-on enough to execute
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Fast at learning and willing to experiment
- Hungry to build something rather than simply manage an existing process
You don't need to know everything about AI.
But you should be genuinely interested in understanding how AI and digital technologies are changing the way businesses operate.
