We're Hiring: Lead Data Engineer 🚀
Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Experience Required : 8-10 years
What you'll do:
🔹 Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines (batch + near-real-time)
🔹 Build data solutions on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines)
🔹 Work across SQL Server & MongoDB Atlas
🔹 Drive AI-enabled development practices in the team
🔹 Lead & mentor a team of data engineers
🔹 Build Power BI semantic models for self-service analytics.
What you bring:
✅ 8–10 years in data engineering
✅ Strong Python (PySpark, Pandas) & SQL
✅ Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric
✅ SQL Server + MongoDB/Atlas expertise
✅ Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling)
✅ Experience with AI coding tools/LLM-driven workflows
✅ Prior team lead/mentoring experience
Nice to have: Databricks, Azure/GCP/AWS, Kafka/Event Hubs, .NET, data governance tools, MLOps exposure, Mortgage/Real Estate domain experience.
