We’re Hiring: DevOps Trainer (3–5 Years Experience)
Location: Maharashtra (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training on DevOps, Cloud, and modern ML/AI Ops practices
* Design and update curriculum, including labs, assignments, and real-world projects
* Mentor learners in building and deploying scalable, production-ready applications
* Guide students on capstone projects involving DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps pipelines
* Evaluate learner performance and provide actionable feedback
* Stay current with evolving tools, platforms, and best practices

DevOps & Cloud
* Linux Administration
* Git & GitHub (Version Control & Collaboration)
* CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
* Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
* Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
* Scripting (Bash / Python)
* Monitoring & Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
MLOps (Must-Have)
* End-to-end ML lifecycle management
* Experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases)
* Data & model versioning (DVC)
* Pipeline orchestration (Kubeflow, Airflow)
* Model deployment (FastAPI, Flask, TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving)
* CI/CD for ML pipelines
* Model monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.), drift detection, and retraining strategies
LLMOps (Must-Have)
* Building and deploying LLM-powered applications
* Prompt engineering and evaluation techniques
* RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
* Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
* Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
* Model serving & optimization (quantization, inference optimization)
* API orchestration and agent-based workflows
* LLM monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails
Eligibility
* B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields
* 3–5 years of hands-on industry experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure Automation
* Proven experience building and deploying real-world, production-grade projects
* Prior training/teaching experience is a strong plus
* Relevant certifications in Cloud / DevOps / MLOps are preferred
