Desktop support engineer
Rotational shift - You can get any shift ( day/night)
Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai
FACE to FACE interview only
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop OS, software, email, MS Office, internet and LAN/DHCP issues.
- Install, configure and re-install systems, printers, scanners and approved applications.
- Diagnose hardware/software issues and coordinate hardware problems with vendors.
- Configure devices as per company IT standards and policies.
- Manage antivirus installation, updates, virus removal and security patches.
- Provide L1 support for meeting rooms, printers and print queues.
- Configure printer access rights and permissions.
- Guide users on Service Desk call logging and tracking.
