Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 1.6years of experience in desktop support and IT troubleshooting, with good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer-related problems
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement or warranty claims
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook, Windows OS, and basic networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1.6years of relevant experience
- Any graduate or diploma in IT/Computer Science preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
