Desktop Support Engineer
Company: DGN Info Solution Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Stipend/Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month
Location: Okhla / Paschim Vihar, Delhi
Job Responsibilities
- Provide basic desktop and IT support to users.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, keyboard, mouse and other hardware issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, software, drivers and applications.
- Perform desktop cleaning and basic hardware maintenance.
- Diagnose hardware problems and coordinate for repair/replacement when required.
- Set up computers, peripherals and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic network, LAN, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
- Maintain records of IT assets and equipment.
- Provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees.
Required Skills
- Good hardware knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ability to perform desktop cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
- BCA /Diploma in IT / Computer / related field
Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with desktop support experience will be preferred.
