Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 10+ Years
Required Skills - 15+ years of experience with proven success in enterprise-level Smart City projects, preferably with a Computer Science / Information Technology background.
- Strong expertise in Smart City strategy, digital transformation, cross-functional data architecture, digital platforms, and Smart Cities-as-a-Service solutions.
- Proven experience leading city-level Smart City initiatives from strategy, architecture and pilot/use-case design through development, implementation, launch and operations.
- Strong knowledge of urban innovation, Big Data, data-driven decision-making, Smart & Sustainable City indicators, urban services transformation, guidelines, standards, frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent enterprise stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating infrastructure, city strategy, spatial planning, partnerships, capacity building, knowledge management, reporting and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
