Company Description NM Technical Solution (NTMS) is a specialized manufacturer, exporter, supplier, and fabricator of stainless steel (SS) and carbon steel (CS) pressure vessels, chemical storage tanks, ISO tanks, and ISO tank containers based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The company serves onshore, offshore, and overseas clients across oil and gas, distillery, petrochemical, and other process industries. All tanks and vessels are designed in accordance with ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards. NTMS is recognized as an approved “U” Stamp manufacturer for pressure vessels and storage tanks under ASME certification, offering quality-focused engineering and fabrication solutions to global customers.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role located in Ghaziabad. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing pressure vessels, storage tanks, and related equipment in accordance with ASME and relevant industry standards, using CAD tools to create detailed drawings and 3D models. The role includes preparing design calculations, technical specifications, and fabrication drawings, as well as collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The Design Engineer will review client requirements, support proposals with technical input, participate in design reviews, and assist in resolving engineering issues during fabrication and installation. The position also involves maintaining documentation, adhering to quality and regulatory guidelines, and contributing to continuous improvement of design practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering and Product Design skills for industrial equipment and pressure vessels.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering for structural integrity, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
- Candidates should possess basic Electrical Engineering knowledge to interface mechanical designs with electrical and instrumentation requirements.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with ASME Section VIII and relevant pressure vessel standards, codes, and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; experience in pressure vessel or process equipment design is an advantage.
