Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across backend and frontend technologies, be proficient in Agile methodologies, and have experience delivering high-quality software solutions throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
What You Will Be Responsible For
As a Senior Snowflake Developer you will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade web applications.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and technical reviews.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and application defects.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Support application releases and production deployments.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, estimation, and retrospectives.

Tools & Frameworks
- Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube, Swagger/OpenAPI
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise-scale applications.
- Exposure to performance tuning and production support.
Additional & Nice To Have Skillset
- Exposure to Snowflake , Databricks, GraphQL
- Knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
