As an RDM, you'll play a pivotal role in recruiting, developing, and nurturing a strong network of Life Advisors while contributing directly to business growth.
💼 What You'll Do
· Recruit and onboard quality Life Advisors
· Build and expand a strong agency distribution network
· Train, coach, and develop advisors for success
· Improve advisor productivity and activation
· Drive advisor engagement and retention
· Create future leaders within the agency channel
· Partner with branch and sales leaders to achieve business goals
Who We're Looking For
· Graduate in any discipline
· Experience in any Sales role
· Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
· Passion for people development and coaching
