Role Description The Data Science and Analytics Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini. The trainer will design and deliver instructor-led sessions on data science, statistics, and analytics concepts using real-world datasets and industry tools. Daily responsibilities include developing curriculum and training materials, conducting live project-based classes, guiding learners through data analysis workflows, and evaluating learner performance through assignments and assessments. The trainer will mentor learners on career readiness, support capstone projects, and stay updated on current data science and AI trends to keep course content relevant. Collaboration with the academic team to improve programs and participation in workshops, seminars, and internal training initiatives are also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Data Science and Data Analytics skills, with practical experience applying them to real-world problems.
- Candidates should possess solid Statistics and Data Analysis skills for modeling, hypothesis testing, and interpreting complex datasets.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to explain concepts clearly, break down problems, and guide learners through structured solutions.
- Relevant experience as a trainer, educator, or industry professional in data science or analytics, preferably in an academic or corporate training setting.
- Proficiency with tools and languages commonly used in data science and analytics (e.g., Python/R, SQL, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and simplify complex technical topics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohini, collaborate with the academic team, and adapt to evolving industry requirements and AI-driven methodologies.
