Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Chennai. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and client sources to support recruitment operations and decision-making. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining reports and dashboards, analyzing hiring trends, and generating insights to improve efficiency and outcomes. The role involves collaborating with recruiters and account managers, presenting findings in clear formats, and documenting methodologies to ensure data accuracy and consistency. The Data Analyst will also help refine data processes, support forecasting, and contribute to performance metrics tracking across projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful trends.
- Solid foundation in Statistics for data validation, hypothesis testing, and performance measurement.
- Experience with Data Modeling to design structured, scalable data sets and support reporting needs.
- Effective Communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in recruitment, HR analytics, or IT services analytics is an advantage.
