Role Description The Data Entry Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and spreadsheets, including project records, client information, and inventory details. The Data Entry Specialist will verify data for accuracy and completeness, perform regular data audits, and generate basic reports as needed. The role also includes supporting administrative tasks such as filing, document organization, responding to internal queries, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely data updates.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and solid Computer Literacy for efficient data entry and use of office software.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact with internal teams and provide accurate information.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge must in advanced level
- Able to check contract get necessary info Marketing
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Secondary education or equivalent qualification; further training in office administration or IT is beneficial.
