Are you someone who wants to go beyond textbooks and actually see how a business grows in real time?
As an E-commerce Growth Associate at Ergo Sky (a US-based brand), you will work directly at the heart of our operations – handling marketing campaigns, vendor coordination and daily order fulfilment. You will leverage tools like Canva and AI (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) to create, execute, and measure real business impact.
What You’ll Work On
- Business Visibility: Get direct exposure to the business P&L to understand cash flow and unit economics.
- Digital Campaigns: Launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns; test ad creatives and track performance metrics.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Operations: Monitor daily order dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and keep fulfilment running smoothly.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or professional (0–2 years of experience) in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields.
- Hands-on familiarity with Canva and generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
- Strong foundational understanding of digital marketing (social media, content, paid ads).
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (comfortable with data analysis).
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving ability.

- Location: Gurugram (On-site, 5 days a week)
- Compensation: ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives
