Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Cybersecurity, Cloud & SOC Trainer to mentor and guide learners through a professional-grade curriculum. You will bridge the gap between theoretical security concepts and hands-on operational defense, preparing students for high-demand roles in modern Security Operations Centers (SOC) and cloud infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Instruct learners on advanced networking, secure architecture principles, and robust system/endpoint security frameworks.
Vulnerability & Cloud Security Training: Teach vulnerability management lifecycles, cloud computing models (AWS/Azure/GCP), and comprehensive cloud security controls.
SOC & SIEM Operations: Guide students through practical training in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, log management, and threat intelligence workflows.
Incident Response & Automation: Mentor participants on structured incident response playbooks and security automation techniques.
Project Mentorship: Supervise capstone industry projects, ensuring students gain real-world troubleshooting and threat mitigation experience.
Core Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on industry experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or SOC operations, paired with a strong passion for training and mentoring.
Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of networking protocols, endpoint defense, SIEM platforms, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
Practical Skills: Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools, threat intelligence feeds, incident response frameworks, and security automation scripting.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, AWS/Azure Security, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical threats and defenses clearly.
