🔐 Cyber Security Trainer – Cybrom Academy
📍 Location: Bhopal | 💼 Full-Time | 🏢 On-Site
💰 Salary: ₹4–10 LPA (depending on skills & experience)
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Cyber Security Trainer who can turn complex security concepts into practical, job-ready skills. You’ll train students in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, SOC, SIEM, Networking, Linux and Security Operations through real-world labs and projects.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct engaging classroom and practical Cyber Security sessions.
- Train students in Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Linux, Windows Security & SOC.
- Teach SIEM, log analysis, threat detection, incident response and security monitoring.
- Conduct hands-on labs, CTFs, vulnerability assessments, and security projects.
- Design assignments, tests, practical exams and interview preparation.
- Mentor students and help them become industry/job ready.
- Stay updated with current cyber threats, tools and security practices.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training quality.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking
- Networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, Firewalls
- Linux & Windows Administration
- SOC concepts, SIEM & Log Analysis
- Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing
- Tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Kali Linux
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong classroom presence and student-handling ability
Experience
- 2–6 years of practical Cyber Security experience/training preferred.
- Candidates with strong industry experience and excellent practical knowledge are welcome.
