Role Description The Administration & Security Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for overseeing administrative operations and security protocols across the facility. This role includes managing office administration, coordinating with different departments, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements. The position involves supervising security staff, implementing access control measures, monitoring physical security systems, and conducting regular security audits to minimize risk. The Administration & Security Incharge will handle vendor coordination, support budgeting and cost control for administrative and security functions, and assist in compliance documentation for inspections and certifications. The role also requires preparing periodic reports, responding to incidents, and promoting a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess risks, monitor operations, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Financial Services knowledge to support budgeting, cost control, and vendor payment processes for administration and security functions.
- Candidates should possess Accounting and Auditing skills to maintain accurate records, verify compliance, and support internal checks related to administrative and security expenses.
- Relevant experience in administration, facility management, or security management, preferably in manufacturing or heavy engineering environments.
- Good understanding of safety and security regulations, incident management, and coordination with local authorities and service providers.
- Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills, with the ability to supervise teams and work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, documentation) and ability to prepare structured reports.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Security Management, or a related field; professional certifications in security or facility management are an advantage.
