We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Post-Sales Team)

Key Responsibilities
Provide post-sales support to students and parents via phone, email, and chat.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Meet service KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in the EdTech industry. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM, LMS, and customer support tools is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Customer-first mindset with empathy and adaptability.
Willingness to work from the office in flexible shifts.

Work From Office
Shift Timings:
5:00AM-2:00PM
3:00PM-12:00AM
Weekly off as per company policy.
