Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Support (Healthcare) role is based in Gurugram. The position involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries related to healthcare services or products, and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner. The individual will provide technical and non-technical support, guide customers through processes, and document cases in the appropriate systems. Daily responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, escalating complex issues when needed, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality. The role also requires following established protocols, complying with data privacy and healthcare-related guidelines, and contributing feedback to improve support processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience managing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear, courteous communication with diverse customers.
- Ability to provide Technical Support, including basic troubleshooting and guiding customers through system or product usage.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer concerns, identify patterns, and propose practical solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare customer service, BPO, or contact center environments is preferred.
- Comfort working with CRM or ticketing tools and learning new software quickly.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, adapt to rotational shifts if required, and maintain performance targets.
