GoodSide Beauty is a growing beauty brand building thoughtfully designed, high-quality products for the modern consumer.
What you will work on:
Customer Experience
- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram and email.
- Understand customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the experience.
Campaigns & Growth
- Support campaigns around Diwali, gifting, launches and other key occasions.
- Assist with offline initiatives, activations and customer engagement ideas.
Special Projects
- Work closely with the team on research, presentations and business projects.
- Create simple creatives using Canva, Adobe or AI tools as required.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and help turn ideas into execution.
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Creative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Curious and willing to learn across different areas of the business.
- Comfortable using Canva / AI tools; design skills are a plus.
