We value high ownership, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit as we work towards this vision.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for high-caliber interns who are eager to contribute to institutional building. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape a department from its early stages, earning the right to build and refine processes from scratch. The Growth Intern will work across sales and onboarding at InsightPier. This is a high-impact role focused on acquiring new clients, driving product adoption, operational excellence, and relationship management. You will work closely with the Growth and leadership teams to take prospects through the sales process, onboard new clients, and help them become active users of the platform.
What will you do with your skills?
- Contribute to the design and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales and client journey.
- Support the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, and maintaining pipeline visibility.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process after sales handoff, ensuring a smooth transition to active platform usage.
- Conduct walkthroughs and training sessions to ensure clients understand workflows.
- Ensure clients reach their first meaningful outcome on the platform, proactively identifying and removing friction points.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with Marketing and Tech teams when needed.
- Identify recurring challenges in the user journey and suggest structural improvements to the product and documentation.
- Maintain rigorous status updates and track KPIs related to sales, onboarding, time-to-value, and client health.
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to help build processes in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High degree of ownership combined with a coachable attitude and a "founder's mindset."
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, or Indore.
